Attention pilots, aviators, and owners of private planes! Our motel is conveniently located less than a mile from the Schroon Lake Airfield (4B7), making us the closest lodging option. To arrange pick-up and drop-off services, simply give our motel a call. We are happy to assist you with all your transportation needs.
TYPES OF ROOMS AND RATES
- Regular Motel Rooms - $119 USD/Night. These are the rooms in the back long building. See above.
- King Size Beds Motel Rooms - $119 USD/Night. These are the rooms in the front building by the road. See below.
- Cabins - $139 USD/Night. At the south end of the lot.
- 2 Bedroom Cabins w/kitchens - $169 USD/Night. They are behind the main house in a shaded secluded area.
- Suites in the Main House - $159 USD/Night
- All rooms have a TV, small fridge and coffee maker, as well as free Wi-Fi
POLICIES
- Check-In Time is 2 PM
- Check-Out Time is 11 AM
- Our Cancellation Policy is 3 days or more in advance of your reservation.
- Pets are $20 USD extra, call ahead.
- Rates are for double occupancy, $10 more for each person over 16 years old.
- Contractor & Corporate Long Term Rates Available on Request.
- New York State Government rates accepted.

Complimentary Boat Washes & Parking
We offer six boat parking spaces equipped with electrical outlets for recharging boat batteries. Additionally, we provide a hose for conveniently cleaning your boat after a rewarding day of fishing in the nearby lakes. Due to the limited availability of these spaces, kindly inform us during the booking process if you require one of the complimentary spaces for your stay.

We have 5 chalets set aside for our furry friends to enjoy the outdoors as well.
⚬ We must be notified in advance if you plan to bring a pet
⚬ A non-refundable pet deposit of $20 is required at time of check-in
⚬ We are only able to accommodate dogs at this time
⚬ Dogs must be crated when unattended
⚬ Please pick up after your animals**
⚬ Dogs must be leashed or carried at all times when in public guest areas
⚬ All pet damages will be charged in full after the guests stay
⚬ A printed and signed copy of this page is required at check-in
